Welcome to DRS Motorsport

Founded by two brothers (David and Robert) who became petrolheads in our teens, with one stupid enough to buy a Classic Mini as a first car.  The car bug truly bit.

Fast forward a few years, or maybe a decade, we built some pretty awesome cars.  Starting with fairly stock restorations and venturing into modified and track cars. Classic Minis are still very much in our blood, we love a modified forced induction monster as much as a concourse '59. 

With practical experience building some very successful modified cars, including a mag featured supercharged cooper sport, we know it takes the right selection of parts and the right knowhow to get a top quality outcome

It was on the way to Robert building a mad 150+bhp light weight track Mini that we lifted our heads and started bringing other marks into the fold.

RenaultSport Clio 182 was the first venture into more modern machines.  We bought one and campaigned it in the Scottish Sprint and Hillclimbs.  Cheaper to buy and faster out the box than anything else in the price bracket.  Competing in motorsport led us to start the business.  Initially as a service for suspension setup and tuning and now supplying parts to customers as well.

These days we cater for all cars, but we are particularly knowledgeable in all things Mini (both Classic and Modern), RenaultSport and Fast Fords.
